Company chronicle in text form and product presentation Mesko-Pinselfabrik was founded by the Messerer family in 1913, because the sandy soils of Franconia made a survival as a farmer impossible. The Mesko brush factory was one of the leading brush makers from the very beginning. The production of the hairy tools of all kinds (there are over 10,000 different brushes) was almost exclusively manual work three decades ago. The methods of production, especially with regard to machine use and productivity, have been fully optimized, not least because of the increase in long-distance imports. This means that it is still possible to produce cost-effective products in Germany today. Despite the high machine use, the formation of brushmakers at the Mesko brush factory was and still is of great importance. Over the past twenty years, the new Mesko-Pinsel GmbH has been developed with the aim of supplying wholesalers throughout Europe with quality brushes. The products of Mesko-Pinsel GmbH are primarily designed to serve customers individually with brushes and products in their respective, desired self-presentation (private label). Our aim is to produce constant and customer-oriented quality through modern machines and development methods and to be a powerful partner for large distributors through a "lean" management (little administration and optimized, practice-oriented sales). In the middle-Franconian region of Bechhofen (near Ansbach) and the surrounding area (Wieseth), there are more than 80 manufacturers of brushes and brushes of various kinds, which have settled in the last 300 years. Today, the region is known as the brush center in Germany, where the art of making high quality brushes is also secured for the future. Mesko-Pinsel GmbH has always been ahead in the development of coating tools of the time and has already developed more than 20 years ago the first "professional" plastic fixtures, which prevent the oxidation and especially the failure of the brush head from the frame, Head with the handle. We have always been guided by the needs of the painter and therefore we can achieve a continuous product qualification and improvement. The new coating materials, such as water-based acrylic paints and varnishes, according to V.O.C. (Volatile Organic Compounds), silicate paints with resins, lacquers (thin and thick) and PU polymer paints place higher demands than ever on the coating tools. As a result, more and more high-quality artificial fibers as well as mixtures of artificial fibers and specially prepared natural bristles are used, which are more resistant to water and alkaline paints. These special artificial fiber mixes guarantee an extremely clean sealing of the color and a makelloses finish. Mesko-Pinsel GmbH has set new standards with its "M7" -fiber-fiber-mix in 2007. The "M7" mixture is a pure synthetic fiber mixture without a natural bristle portion. To date, the mixture has been continuously developed and is now under the names M3 and M12. This eliminated the problems caused by the swelling of the natural bristles during the processing of water-based paints. The combination of different materials has optimized the color retention so that there is almost no difference to the excellent color retention of natural bristles. |
